Who Needs Batman When You Have Your Wallet?

When the chips are down, the only communications that work are text messages and Twitter. I recently wrote about how to get social media emergency ready in Jersey City and Hoboken. But something kept niggling me after I wrote my article – what if I couldn’t get access to the internet, or it was incredibly slow? How would I know who to contact? So I created a printable wallet-size card with local, state and federal emergency Twitter accounts.
