American women’s epee fencing live today
My friend and former teammate Maya Lawrence will be fencing in the Olympics women’s epee round of 16 at 9:40am EST. Maya and I won two team national championships and took silver at a third. Two of the women’s epee competitors are my age; Sherraine Schalm of Canada is 37 and Laura Flessel-Colovic is 40; they both have daughters.
